Failed to add Win2016 ISO from a local source on ASDK

The ASDK environment was deployed successfully but it could not connect to internet due to the security policy. So I need to continue the test by adding things to AZ stack from a local source. After running the command "New-AzsServer2016VMImage", it showed the error with "No default subscription has been designated". I check the portal and it did show that No subscriptions and there's no "Add" button for me to add.

Did I miss some steps to create a subscription?

By default, nothing is published to the Azure Stack marketplace, yes you can upload VM ISO images to make them available to your users. Checkout the suggestions outlined in this document add an Azure Stack marketplace item from a local source for scenarios with limited connectivity.

When you deploy Azure Stack in a disconnected mode (without any internet connectivity), you can’t download marketplace items by using the Azure Stack portal. However, you can use the marketplace syndication tool to download the marketplace items to a machine that has internet connectivity and then transfer them to your Azure Stack environment.
