Copy/paste graphic in email into a photo application? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Outlook only gives me the option to copy or save-as picture.  But I want to copy as a picture without having to save-as, then find the graphic, then upload it to a photo album.  Is there an add-in that would allow that?

  • Hi SThomson77,

->then upload it to a photo album

I thinks it is the work depending op photo application and Outlook does not provide the method to export picture to a photo application directly. If you do't want to use a saved picture file, you could try to copy the picture and then get the picture from clipboard in photo application side.

    Best Regards,

  • Hi SThomson77,

here, you did not mentioned your requirement clearly.

first are you looking for a readymade Addin?

this forum only handles the Outlook object model related issues. so if you are looking fot the readymade add in then your issue is not a development issue and it is out of the scope of this forum.

so you can try to post the non development Outlook related issues on Outlook IT Pro Discussions Forum

if you want to develop an add in by yourself then you need to provide detailed information.

in your description you had mentioned about Photo Album and Photo Application.

but you did not specify the exact name of it. is it Application or website?

try to provide detailed information , so that we can try to provide you more accurate suggestion that can solve your issue.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Regards

    Deepak
