connectivity Issues with Biztalk Oracle adapter used in Biztalk 2009 RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • We are using Biztalk oracle adapter to master data syncronization .

Here is the environment details and test details. :

Biztalk 2009 with Biztalk adapter pack 2.0

    windows 2003 64 bit.

System ODBC driver 32 bit is configured and tested successfully.

    TNSping is successfull.

    Test using SQLplus command successfully.

But when we use send receive adaper we are always getting fillowing error message.

and verified the table :BIZ_CLIENT_LIST_SPOOL is there in the database.

I have enabled the ODBC Adapter trace and TNS trace(SQLORA.ORA) but could not find any issues related to connectivity.

Please if anyone face the same kind of issue with oracle adapter in biztalk?

  • Hi,

Perhaps you need to apply cumulative hotfix 1 and hotfix 2 for BizTalk Adapter Pack 2.0.

  • Hi,

    Thanks fo the reply.

The patches don't have any fixes for Oracle adapter related to connectivity issues .So, I was not able to convince  the manager to appy these patches on the servers.

    Thanks a lot,

    RMore.
