Problem Kinect V2

Hello

I have a motherboard Asus P8H67-V with Windows 8.1 installed. 

I see that USB 3.0 ASMedia kinect does not work, all it does is turn on and 3 red leds example screen goes black but connected. 

So I bought 
2 Port USB 3.0 HUB to PCI-E PCI Express Card Adapter Converter 5.0Gbps Renesas D720200. 

Now the red light does not appear, I tried to put in PCIE1 and 16x without getting any solution. The windows recognizes the Renesas but kinect does not detect it. 

Can anyone help me?

Are all your slots you tried PCIx Gen 2.0 capable? What does device manager show for the sensor? follow the guidelines posted on this thread:
