Accessing a page behind a single sign on RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

    I'm trying to write a code that connects to a page that is behind a SSO that uses form based authentication - NTLM cannot be used;

    I've tried many options and the only one that works is using the webbrowser control, which is not the best option.

    Has anyone been able to use the HttpWebRequest class to it? I even tried using a webrowser control within my C# form and trying to use set CookieContainer = webbrowser.Document.Cookie without much luck.

    Any help is welcome!

  • Some additional information:
    I need to download several files that can be accessed through https://abc.abc.com/something/somewhere and it always spits out a file with the same name. Can this be changed on the webbrowser control?

    I don't think so.

  • Hey Mike! It didn't help much. That is on deploying SSO. I think I got it to work. Will try and post the results here.

    Cheers
