Web cam integration for online conference

Hey I know its possible to do this but I am not sure how to go about it. I would like to set up a virtual conference section on a web site I am playing with. How would I go about adding this? If anyone could either show me some code or give me different options on how this can be done or any good tutorials I can look at I would really appreciate it.

One way is to build in flash using Flash Communication API

Microsoft Way is to use Silverlight and WPF, can get tutorials to get / send cam streams to and fro from internet

Hi,

can you give me some idea, how to start the video conference.

I am doing the same with silver light 4, withthe help of sample i am able to view one webcam

and finally realized that it is not that much effective to do in silverlight

then i saw your post in google,

i am satisfied with you answer. Can you give me some suggestion on how to do the video conference application. In this i need to give an access of remote desktop viewing to the users.
