  • Question

  • Hi all,

I have a Windows 7 64 bit (without the SP1) and have tried to install several times the Microsoft Network Monitor 3.4 but all the when i reboot the machine, the boot process is froozen in the windows flag screen and the only way to start is restoring to a restore point.

Is anyone experiencing the same or similar problem? any clue to fix this problem will be more than welcome

  • In the past where this has been reported, the resolution is usually due to an old network driver. Make sure your network adapter drivers are up to date.  The only other possiblity I see is that other third party drivers (like antivirus or virtual drivers) can cause isssues as well.  Though in those cases they did not freeze the boot process.
