  • Monika,

Check the following links for more information:

Cortana Intelligence Suite: (this provides a great overview of the product) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-platform/cortana-intelligence-suite

Cortana Intelligence and Machine Learning: (blog post that talks about a company that integrated Cortana into their CRM) https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/machinelearning/2016/03/30/from-analytical-applications-to-intelligent-solutions/

More info about that CRM integration: https://www.microsoft.com/cognitive-services/en-us/blucup-zero-keyboard

This is all cloud based, so there would be no pre-reqs for the OS on your side. You'd just need to consume and interact with the APIs: https://www.microsoft.com/cognitive-services

    Hope that helps!

  • Thanks for your Quick reply. :)

Please guide me how to integrate this Cortana with MSCRM 2016 application.

Do we need Windows 10 Operating system?

Is there any APIs available in MSCRM 2016 which we can use to connect MSCRM 2016 based application with Cortana?

    Thanks in adavance!
