    ===============

    In Outlook everything works properly.  Nothing was changed on the Exchange server last few months. Maybe only the inner certificate. Somebody can help me?

  • Your function findEntityDetailsAsIs expects to get the callback function, not the execution result of it.
    You need to provide only the function name:

     findEntityDetailsAsIs(fieldLabel, printEntitydetails);
    When you run it like you do, you pass to findEntityDetailsAsIs the result of printEntitydetails instead of the function itself. since the function returns nothing, you get undefined

  • Thanks for your answer, but how I can use it? :)

    Really I don't use any function, I just want to change the rule in my mailbox. Is it a problem of the Exchange Server or of the brawser? How I could fix it?

  • Hi,

    Same result when you using OWA and outlook client to set the same rule?

    Does the issue only occur when you choosing Redirect message to.. ?

    Have you tried creating a transport rule in EAC to meet your need?

    Please note that, this Exchange Server Development forum mainly focuses on scripting issues, And the previous TechNet Exchange forum has been migrated to Q&A forum, please post your issues there if you need further support.

    Regards,

  • Hi Joyce Shen!

    > Same result when you using OWA and outlook client to set the same rule?

    No, in an Outlook client  everything works perfectly.

    >Does the issue only occur when you choosing Redirect message to.. ?

    To be precise, the issue appears only at the moment when I try to get to the Address Book during editing a rule or creating new rule.

    >Have you tried creating a transport rule in EAC to meet your need?

    What I need is that client could change their own rules on OWA.

    Thanks for your advice, I'll try to ask at Q&A forum.
