    is there any possibilty to add other dialog languages (as admin) than english for the End-Users? the "standard" Win 10x64 language packages wont work. ther is a win10 enterprise N running.

    Could you elaborate your query bit more to understand better?

    Are you referring to Azure DevTest Labs? If not, could you confirm which Azure service are you referring to?
