I have licensed version of Windows 8.
I have downloaded Windows Software Development Kit (SDK) for Windows 8. But, how do I develop the apps and deploy.

This again says you need to use Visual studio Express 2012.

On the downloads page, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/apps/br229516, top right, you'll see "Download the tools and the SDK"--that will contain the SDK components as well as Visual Studio Express and Blend both. These are the tools you need.Monday, December 10, 2012 6:14 PM

Finally, my app has been certified and available to the public. You can download my app with: "Java Script" or "Reg JS".
My app name is : RegJS with the publisher name "Josyula" Send me feedback and suggestion. It's a simple app more to come.
