DNS lookip failing on wordpress site hosted on Azure RRS feed

    A reader has told me that they constantly have to access a cached version of my wordpress site (currently stored on Azure) each time they visit.

    For some reason, the DNS lookup is failing. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

    Hi Dave,

    Thank you for your post.

    Here are my findings for the error message which you shared with us.

    Once the DNS entries have been made the DNS record propagation can take time. This depends on the DNS Provider. Once the records have been propagated, you could proceed with mapping this domain name to the specific website in Azure.

    • Go to the DASHBOARD Management page and click on MANAGE DOMAINS at the bottom of the page.
    • Enter the domain name and give it some time to verify until it is succeeded.

    hope you could configure it accordingly with Wordpress site on Azure.

    Also try these steps.
    1.check the DNS record
    2.clear the DNS cache on the PC
    3.restart the router of the Internet Service
    4.Clear the DNS cache if any from Wordpress site
    5.Check the domain name on Word press site and Azure whether the IP address is correctly configured

    Wait for an hour or even more to check whether DNS name is configured. Usually this takes sometime.
