There are 2 categories, Either u belong to Developer or Desinger, If you are Desinger, i suggest you, to download any Free Skin, & applying your own styles & practicing.

If you are developer, First you need to understtand the flow of DNN application, then you have option to create your own module(Custom functionality) & apply on DNN.

You can install or change the Skin in Admin control panel of DNN.

You don't need to install dnn.exe or any other utility,

u have installed DNN through web platform installer 2.0, so  it also created 2 accounts at the time of installation, 1: Host 2: Admin.

Open the DNN in visual studio, locating at C:\Inetpub\wwwroot.

Run the project & u will have login box.  login through   "Host".
