    I am using Visual Studio C# Express and i want to know how can i publish my application's registry entries to make it automatically creates the keys on the destination PC.

  • Visual C# Express does not support deployment.  Any deployment you do will have to be done manually throw a 3rd party setup application builder or with publicly available setup/MSI creators like the Platform SDK MSI utilities.

    If you're using an MSI to install this application you can define the registry entries in the MSI itself and they will be created upon installation. If you aren't using an MSI you might want to just add some code in the project's main entrypoint to check for these and create them if they aren't already present.
