System Sleep and PNP test fail on Win7 as Communications Port Error RRS feed

  • Question

  • When we run System Sleep and PNP test, it fails on Win7 as Communications Port Error, detailed info list as below. But we connected a COM Mouse to the COM port and re-run the test, it is passed. So if the COM device is required for this test? Or we should not use the device to run test, if failure, then should be a real issue to fix?
