    It depends on what it is you want help with. There are a lot of things involved: the add-in technology, its distribution, the object model of the Office application you want to work with (Excel, in this case)... So there's often no one place to go for information.

    If your immediate concern is "how do I do..." in Excel, the best place to ask about resources would be the Excel for developers forum.

    I want to create an Excel Add-In (C# or VB) + ribbon + buttons

    and interact with my Worksheet data sheet1 & sheet2
