TFS Get Latest Version - Event Subscription??

When a developer gets latest version, we would like to perform some custom activities, after the “Get Latest” is completed. The question, how would we know if the “Get latest” operation is completed? Does TFS expose any event at client side? Please advise. Appreciate your assistance

You could use the TFS API,

    vcs.Getting += new GettingEventHandler(vcs_Getting);

void vcs_Getting(object sender, GettingEventArgs e)
{
    throw new NotImplementedException();
}
