  • Hi Rod,

According to Manage account settings and profile info:

"If you change your publisher display name, we’ll need to verify your account again. If you do this after you have published an app, you'll need to modify the publisher display name in your app's packages and submit the app again using the updated packages after your account has been reverified."

So if you have finished changing publisher display name in Dev Center and the verification has been done, you can enter your new publisher display name here and generate a new package to submit it to Store:

Another option is to download your project to the local and open up it Visual Studio. Then you can associate your app with Store in VS so that all the identity info will be matched automatically. After that, you can create your package following Package your UWP app.

After your new submission published successfully, the app's Store listing page will be changed also.
