CF 3.5 Cab file

Question

How can I add CF3.5 to my existing app.  Several buyers have had problems running my program that don't have CF3.5 loaded.  I thought Marketplace was supposed to check that before installing.  How can I package CF3.5 into my cab file?  Thanks

I contacted MS customer support and asked why CF 3.5 wasn't being installed.  Turns out that they do indeed install the CF if the phone doesnt have it.

The problem is with the HD2 HTC phones or HTC phones in general.  I resubmitted my app and excluded the 800x480 resolution phones.   We will see what happens.
