Push video stream to destination ip address RRS feed

I'm not sure this is functionality supported through IIS, The goal is to take video files residing in a local folder and stream these to a destination on the local network (not at the same ip address as IIS), with each file streaming to the same IP address, but on a different port. The client can only listen for streams, it is unable to make requests to the server as in a typical video server. It's my understanding IIS would only be able to publish on it's defined ip address, but I wanted to make sure I couldn't leverage IIS before going down other paths.
