  • Create a grid or split app in visual studio.  The pages that come off the default.htm all use read.

  • There is a docs page as well: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh452768.aspx. (I posted the same link in your other thread too.)

  • thinks !

    it's very useful for me.

    However  ,when I run the app,  find a bug :   var dayPlaceholder =element.querySelector("#dayPlaceholder");
                                                                     var calendar = new Windows.Globalization.Calendar();
                                                                     dayPlaceholder.innerText=calendar.dayOfWeekAsString();

                                                                "   Unable to set properties "innerText" value: object to null or not defined  “

    how  solve the problem?

  • To find the bug in your code you will need to do some debugging.  It seems like you are not getting dayPlaceHolder... it is null (which appears to be an id of an HTLM element).
