C# access to Office 365/Outlook RRS feed

  • Question

  • trying to figure out what the best way to access outlook using C#. I've used EWS in the past but is that depreciated now?

I need to programatically block sign access to specific accounts.

I figure i can either run powershell commands through my C# application but is there another way to access and modify user accounts that isn't using powershell?

Can someone point me in the right direction if there is?

  • Don't know how to block accounts, but you can have a look at Microsoft Graph.

  • there is an option in the admin menu to block sign-in. that is what we are trying to do.

Looks like it may just be easier to use powershell scripts.

  • I think I figured out the graph thing using the API.

What I dont see is a way to run the invalidate token command using the API. It exists with REST.

Is  that possible to do? I can just set accountEnabled = false to disable the account but actually just invalidating all the user's tokens would be better since they would then be blocked from logging in by Okta.
