How to start app adjacent to either the left or right edge of the screen,or split the screen in metro?

hi all,

I want to start app with my Custom Position in metro.

for example,one app is displayed at the left of the screen,when I start another app ,I want to repalce the app which displayed at the left of the screen,instead of, displayed at the rest of the screen with system deflaut.
