Pages are not loading in browser

Our web sites run on  windows 2012 and iis8 and web pages slow down. 

When the web page is browsed, the web page is not loaded unless we refresh the site again or select the domain from address bar and press ENTER.
We have searched alot, but we could not find the solution.

Is there a setting in iis for that problem? What can be the problem

Would you mind to share your website name so we can check it from our end. There could be several reasons for such behaviors. It could be local system DNS issue or it could be an issue of your server's DNS.
