After this section i need a row outside the group and need to merge all these columns. But it does not allow me to merge it because of columnm groups. i need to add a new row merge and add color like a sperator and then .. again i will have mtarix kind of set up .

  • Hi Madhavi,

In Reporting Services, a tablix data region consists of corner, column groups, row groups and body. Generally, we can merge cells in a separate area of the data region, but it is not supported to merge cells that cross groups or area boundaries. In this issue, you can try to change the border style of the textboxes in the newly added row. The border style of a textbox can also be controlled by expressions.
