CDN in unavailable in Canada Central RRS feed

  • Question

  • From: Darrell Enns  @darrellenns via Twitter

Trial subscription, "Canada Central", Media Services says "CDN capability is not available in the current region". This says it is available: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/regions/#services

    dThanks,

  • We are addressing this problem and we’ll be allowing customers to enable CDN from this region soon. Note that CDN is a global service so from any location all the CDN POPs will be enabled.

  • Issue has been fixed. Now you can create CDN profile from any location. Note that CDN is a global service so that from any location all the CDN POPs will be enabled.

  • Hello, I'm also encountering the same problem from Australia South East

Failed to add StreamingEndpoint 'y'! Streaming endpoint CdnEnabled property cannot be set to true as CDN capability is not available in the current region.

    Can it be fixed?
