Cannot find MS Acces driver RRS feed

  • I use 64 bits Windows 2007 operating system & i am using MS Office 2003. My Problem is that I cannot find Ms Access Driver in ODBC sources in control panel. I tried installing MS Office setup program but still my problem is not solved. Please help me

  • Are you using the 32-bit Data Sources applet (odbcad32.exe)?

    If you don't see it in Control Panel/Administrative Tools, then the applet can be found in the Windows\SysWOW64 folder.

  • It is possible that you are running X32 bit office version and its running as *32 in TaskManager. If yes, you need to do any of the following steps to overcome this error

    Install X64 bit version of Office 2003

    OR

    Download and install Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) Security Patch MS04-003 (64-bit) for X64 from here
