I am just an average end-user. I don't use my computer for much more than surfing the web, playing games, etc. I would like to know if it is necessary for me to have Microsoft Silverlight installed on my computer. I have read the
material concerning it's purpose and, as far as I can see, it doesn't appear to be of any use to me.
I would like to know then if I can uninstall it without causing any disruption to normal status of my Operating System.
