"We could not detect a signature on your package" error submitting new driver.

Hello all,

I am receiving "We could not detect a signature on your package. Your package must have a signature that matches one of the certificates associated with your Hardware Dev Center account. Click here to see your current certificates." error submitting  .hlkx package to dev center portal. The

package was created using "Use the certificate store" signing option and DigiCert EV certificate without error.

When I use the SHA1 certificate for HLKX packaging, and then submit, the prompt：

Microsoft allows SHA2 only signature algorithm. Please re-sign with a valid certificate and submit again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This problem maybe case by certificate, you could not privede a SHA2 signature certificate. To confirm the problem, you can load the Certificate management->Certificate list to see if have a DigiCert EV Code Signing CA (SHA2), if not, you need use Certificate management->Add a new certificate to add. What calls for special attention is that: you must use A single signature with SHA2 to Signing  the SignableFile.bin file.
