    This is for windows 8.1 phone app dev in C#. I have a User Control which has a Grid. Inside the grid there are two more controls i.e. TextBlock and Rectangle.  

    Please help me in defining a click event to the grid.

    By default the Grid control does not have a Click event, I will recommend you use the Tapped event of the Grid.
