  • What is the association between the Payment list and the Task List. For each Task, did the Payment ID get stored in the item?

Assuming that it did, you could build a page and connect two List View Web Parts by linking the ID. (If not, then you'll have to figure out how the Task relates to the Payment.)

  • Thanks Steve, unfortunately, the list item Id is not stored in the associated task items.

  • Hi Henry,

Does the workflow create task in another list? What is the relation between the payment request item and task?

Please provide some screenshots about the tasks and the payment request list for helping us solve your issue.

If you keep the tasks in another list, as Steve mentioned, you can build a page and connect two List View Web Parts by linking a same column. (For example, if the payment request item and task have a same column, you can use this column to link two web part)
