Keep failed with hibernation status (Sleep and PNP (disable and enable) with IO Before and After (Certification))

Question

Hello!

I run an HLK now, and two tests keep failed (With clean OS, reinstall several time with Client, and Other test has no ploblem)

- Sleep and PNP (disable and enable) with IO Before and After

- Sleep with IO During

"System - Sleep and PNP (disable and enable) with IO Before and After (Certification)"

Reason is just for one command with hibernation  

Error message from "Te.wtl" Log is

WDTF_SYSTEM: To Hibernate the system with SetSuspendState(...) failed : 1450

Errocode 0x0

Sleep also isn't possible..

How can I fix it? Please help!
