Error while start receive location configured with Commerce server order adapter. RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Today I am getting below Error related to Commerce Server Web Service.

    Error:

    The description for Event ID 0 from source Commerce Server Orders Receive Adapter cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
    
    If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
    
    The following information was included with the event: 
    
    Could not get the Whereabouts of the DTC on the Orders web service machine.  Called byCommerce Server Orders Receive Adapter. Message Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: http://schemas.microsoft.com/CommerceServer/2006/06/OrdersWebService/GetWhereabouts..  Stack    at Microsoft.CommerceServer.ServiceAgent.TryHandleWebMethodException(Exception ex, SoapHttpClientProtocol serviceProxy)
       at Microsoft.CommerceServer.Internal.Orders.OrderServiceProxy.AuthorizedInvoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters)
       at Microsoft.CommerceServer.Internal.Orders.OrderServiceProxy.GetWhereabouts()
       at Microsoft.CommerceServer.Adapter.Orders.ReceiveAdapterProperties.LocationConfiguration(IPropertyBag config, IPropertyBag bizTalkConfig)  
    
    the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table
    

    Any Solution.....

  • Solved, problem is coming due to having updation error in WebService.

  • This exception is related to the DTC Security configuration, I would suggest to ensure that you can make a DTCPING between biztalk server and the server that host Commerce Server WebServices and that all the DTC are allowed to receive inbound connections and all the firewall allow the DTC traffic.
