SDK and Documentation

Question

I was watching some of the build sessions with the BUILD app, and I was wondering, where is the Documentation for the Windows 8 SDK? Is the SDK the same thing as the Visual Studio that comes preinstalled, or do I need to download something else?

There is no separate SDK.
