Question

When trying to associate a changeset with a work item through TEE & Eclipse we are seeing the following error dialog:
It happens during check-in.
Any ideas on how we can fix this?
Thanks!

Hi Rich. I investigated this issue and worked with our WIT (work item tracking) feature team to diagnose. A configuration change was pushed out that should restore access to all of the WIT functionality from TEE.
Please do let us know if you still see issues. Thank you for reporting the problem and for your patience while we diagnosed and fixed it.

Hi Rich,
What’s the version of your TFS and TEE? How do you specify the work item?
Based on my test with TEE 14.0 with TFS 2013, I can associate a work item with a changeset by specify ID.

TEE 14.0.2 and our repository is Visual Studio Team Services (VSO).
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks,

I also have this issue and am up to date. This just started today.
An internal error occurred during: "Refreshing TFS Server information for https://######.visualstudio.com/DefaultCollection/".
Specified cast is not valid.I cannot connect to TFS and cannot get the work item to associate with a check in.
