Request for Direction on Creating an Admin Console for PowerShell Tasks on Exchange 2013 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Can anyone provide any direction on how to get started with creating an 'Administrator Console' within PowerShell for Exchange 2013 where, over time, I can add various tasks that will be use repetitively?

Example, I would like to be able to open the console and have the option to check the mail queues, another option to run Message Tracker, other options for various tasks etc but all within one 'Admin Console'. Thank you.

  • My advise would be to create a menu with PowerShell.

Search "Creating a Menu with PowerShell" , you'll find several sample codes.

    Example: http://ps1scripting.blogspot.in/2014/08/creating-menu-with-powershell.html

Then create snippets for your specific tasks which can be fit inside the overall code.

Then make it as a PS file.

Let me  know if its helpful.
