Custom Document Approval workflow share point 2013 RRS feed

  • I m trying to create a custom document approval in SPD 2013 ...  the design flow is like as the document i added it should kick of the workflow  and assigng the document for approval to  Z TEAM first  then when Z team approves it should  go to Y team and then to U team . i have created groups  Z,Y ,U and assigned users . but when i start the workflow it goest ot he z team user and when he approves it and it gets assigne to y TEAM BUT  it never reaches y team account. i dont see any tasks assinged to y team...... i m attaching a screen shot of text SPD please let me know if i m doing it correctly
