Pipeline generation - Not filtered correctly in PowerBI RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    i have a problem.

    I want to generate a pipeline where a summaries all the sales data in different statuses where i add the value to all the previous statuses where that current sales item has all ready passed.

    I used the following DAX measure:

    PipelineVol = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Value]);FILTER(Sales;Sales[Status]>='status'[Status]))

    These are the tables:

    There a 2 way connection between the 2 table.

    The problem it is not filtered correctly when i try to select a sales filter in the dashboard. It always shows the full value of the statuses where that sales person has at least one sales.

    Correctly it should only show the sales volumes for that sales only.

    P.S.: I got this when i wanted to insert pictures -> Body text cannot contain images or links until we are able to verify your account.

    Could not find a way to be verified. Do i need to do anything?

  • Hi,

    In your scenario, do you need to get the value in another table in your DAX?

    In DAX, we can use LookupValue function to get the value in result_columnName for the row that meets all criteria specified by search_columnName and search_value.

    If this is not what you want, please provide us some sample data and expect result, so that we can make further analysis.
