I have Visual Studio 2012 installed(not express). I can always get the "Server Explorer" window up but I can never find out how to pull up the "Database Explorer". Does the "Database Explorer" only come up on attached database
files? I can see my database files in the "Server Explorer" but when I click on properties it won't let me do anything. There is no 'open table definition' or 'show table data' menu selections on 'Server Explorer'. How do I get the 'Database Explorer'
