    Hi all,

I created a "Web Setup project" to make a installer for my Website. Now I want to have different web.config copied to the desination depending on different environment. I found the link which perfectly fulfill my requirment. But the problem is there are very limited options for creating dialog. Lets say I want 7/8 environment options. I can't have a dialog with 7/8 radio buttons.

So is there any way I can have a dialog with a combobox or create my custom dialog?

I did a lots of googling with no luck. I came to about Orca.exe which may create custom dialog for web setup project, but did not get much information about it.

Any help regarding this most appreciated.

Finally I got success with Orca tool to create a dialog with ComboBox and works fine. The only problem is, you have to made bit much changes in the dialog for simple thing like add a one more item in the ComboBox.

I'm looking foward to see if there is a better way to do that.

I don't think Orca.exe is avaiulable for you to create custom dialog with a combobox, we can learn that Orca.exe is a database table editor for creating and editing Windows Installer packages and merge modules. The tool provides a graphical interface for validation, highlighting the particular entries where validation errors or warnings occur.

Now I want to have different web.config copied to the desination depending on different environment.

Moreover, for the sake of safety, I think the method above is a good way to use Web Setup Project ,

    hope it helps you,

    With regards
