Sqlite like database which support IE 8+ for store data at client side ..

i made one add on and need database for store data at cllient end(browser side) because i have list of URL and  i fire select query for check to url  if match any one URL from URl list then add one will show..

Are you talking about a Metro style app built in HTML5/JavaScript or a more generic web application that runs in IE?
