Facebook Application using C#

hi guys,

i want to make an application for facebook like i want to send an email or my friend an invitation allow/cancel if he/she allows it then its UID or whatever will be saved in our database and next time when ever he is online we send message in a pop up...

its like mafia wars invitation send and show some thing in pop on facebook login.

i truly do not have any idea how will i use it? i was able to make a canvas page but my requirement is totally different....

thank you nishit actually i have read that all i have created a sample application but the problem i dont know how to send invitation to facebook users like u know mafia wars/farmville sends the invitation and once they registered we need to show a pop up once he logs in.

is there any way we can do that? thanks
