Account Management - tabs for other accounts is missing RRS feed

  • Hi, we have added several accounts form different cloud vendors; Azure CSP and  AWS. Suddenly the tabs on the main entity for AWS and Google is gone, the only one left is the one for Azure Accounts. This means that I cannot change, add or remove AWS or Google accounts. 

    But the data from the accounts is still visible on the dashboard and reports.

    Please advice.

    Can you, please, provide 4-5 meaningful letters of email with which you are logging into the system.

    Letters of email? Not sure what you mean? Do you want the id of the user signing into cloudyn?

    4 unique characters (a 4 letters thread) from the e-mail you signed up to Cloudyn with, so that we can locate you in our DB.

    I sent you the 4 letters from the start of my account.

    If you go to Cloud Accounts, you'll see that we only have the tab for 'Microsoft Azure Accounts'.

    Thanks for the information. CSP customers by default have Azure tab only enabled.
