    I think that font is "Segoe UI" Light or Semilight font type..

  • Hello Darryl,

    See Fonts, sizes and color settings of the Outlook interface. By default, Segoe UI is used.

  • It appears that Outlook uses 8 pt. Tahoma for the address fields on messages. 

    You can see this if you open  new message, select the developer tab and then click "Design this form".  In the form designer you can click on the fields and see the fonts used by examining the properties of the selected field.
