  • Hi,

              I want debugging tools for windows application. What are the possible ways to debug a windows application? Pls explain with a simple example. Thanks in advance.

  • Should point out that DTW is generally used for kernel debugging or for particularly tough issues involving the OS.  VS is generally the better tool to use as it has most of the same features.  The features it lacks are generally related to the low level OS stuff.  DTW can be overwhelming unless you are already comfortable with advanced debugging.  I'd recommend you start with an Express version of VS2008 and then move over to DTW only if you need to.
