How to Sync the email from recent to oldest using activesync ?

Question

Hi,
Is there a way to sync the recent email first and then the oldest email in active sync other than FilterType?
Ex : Sync today's email first, then yesterday's email like that...
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi AnuMaria, it is not currently possible to specify in the request that emails be returned in a specific order. As you mentioned, using the FilterType is probably the closest you can get to achieving something like that. There are a few other threads on the forums that have asked very similar questions in the past.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
