[SOLVED] Windows Certification Program Testing Agreement v1.0 signing RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I ask the community because I have to submit a DUA and I have been asked to sign the "Windows Certification Program Testing Agreement v1.0" document. When I read this document, I have seen that it allows Microsoft to distribute my driver.

I don't want to use Windows Update to distribute my driver, must I sign this document even though?

    Best Regards

  • Hi everybody,

We've had our answer by contacting the very responsive whql support at whqlegal@microsoft.com.

If you are already a partner you don't need to sign the new Windows Certification Program Testing Agreement v1.0. Your submission is only blocking because of the Logo License Agreement renewal.

    Best Regards
