  • What isn't working?

What type of addin (VSTO or shared)?

Is this Outlook 2010 x86 or x64 or both?

  • what Visual Studio and VSTO version are you using for your add-in?

  • I don't understand your question. What isn't working for an installer for Outlook 2003?

You never did answer my questions about the version of VS and whether or not VSTO is being used. Also, what version of Outlook is installed on your development machine?

In addition, if you created an addin for Outlook 2010 or 2007 then unless you used Framework 4 and embedded the PIA you need to start over for 2003. You'd need to develop on a machine with 2003 installed and make up your installer from there.
