I used Visual Baisc and ASP.NET MVC 3 to add "Area",
but show a error message.
This path is bad,
I think, This is a bug for ASP.NET MVC3 in Visual Basic.

Yes, reinstall computer, is no problem.

I create new directory "ItemTemplatesCache", then copy all "ItemTemplates" content to "ItemTemplatesCache", re-open Visual Studio, show same error message.

I have new discovery.
Problem computer:
Windows 7 x32 (cht) + Visual Studio 2010 + ASP.NET MVC 3
In Other computer(two):
Windows 7 x64 + Visual Studio 2010 + ASP.NET MVC 3
In x64 computer have "ItemTemplatesCache", and create "Area" is fine, I don't konw why x32 computer no "ItemTemplatesCache" directory.
Every body, Have any idea?

I have 32bit machine.
I created a VB MVC 3 Project and then add Area but not got any error.
Try to reinstall MVC 3.

I reinstall(upgrade) to Windows 7 x64, install everything software.
It's fine.
