Non Mso-Images in Project 2010 Ribbon Customizations RRS feed

it mentions you can use a custom image in your VBA ribbon customizations.  I can not get this to work in Project 2010 no matter what I try.  I tried changing the imageMso attribute to the image attribute, using a path and file name.  I also tried using a getImage callback (like I use in Excel) and it only calls the routine if that callback is declared as a Sub that takes no arguments, thus leaving no way to return an image to the callback as one does in Excel.
